The Thru Line Method is how I guide women back into a deeper relationship with their bodies—through intentional movement, lifestyle awareness, and holistic health coaching.

There are two ways we can work together, depending on what you need most right now:
Thru | Line Movement Sessions or Holistic Health Coaching.

All sessions are held online, allowing you to experience this work in a space that feels private, comfortable, and supportive.

Thru | Line Movement Sessions

Private movement coaching designed to build strength, mobility, and body awareness. Includes: • posture work • mobility training • strength development • Pilates and somatic movement

The Reset is your introduction to the Thru | Line Movement Method. In this focused private session, we assess your posture, breathing and core integration to identify where you’re holding, compensating or disconnected. Through precise, intelligent adjustments, you’ll experience immediate shifts in alignment and stability.

The Alignment Series | 3 Class Private Experience

  • Coaching session

The Alignment Series is designed to reconnect you to your body and discover what might be holding you back. Across three private sessions, we identify your movement patterns — where you hold, collapse or compensate — and begin refining them through intelligent sequencing rooted in Pilates and somatic awareness.

The Reset | 8 Class Private Immersion

  • Coaching session

Over eight private sessions, we systematically reorganize your body from the inside out. Using the Thru | Line Movement Method, we retrain patterns that create instability, tension, or recurring discomfort. Expect refined posture, stronger core support, decreased tension, and a sustainable movement strategy you can trust.

  • $1,600 or 2 monthly payments of $850

Holistic Health Coaching

  • Coaching session
  • 60-day access

For women who want deep guidance in their health, habits, and lifestyle. We work collaboratively to create systems that work with your values and your life. We meet for one weekly 50 minute session for 2 months via zoom. Includes: • personalized wellness coaching • habit and lifestyle strategy • nervous system support • accountability and guidance

Meet Erin

I created the Thru Line Movement Method after years of studying movement, performance, and wellness practices that helped me reconnect with my own body. I realized that most women are not lacking motivation — they are lacking clarity about what their body actually needs. My work is about helping women find that clarity. I am a Pilates Instructor and Holistic Health Coach specializing in Peri/Menopause. I've been teaching Pilates since 2006, have my BFA in Theater Performance from the University of Michigan, and have trained in Alexander Technique and Somatic Movement. It is my passion to guide women to living a mindful and empowered life.
